So sad to hear about Billy;  I don't think I ever saw him without a smile on his face.

RIP, Pal.

Remembering all the great times we shared in junior high, high school, and beyond.  You were a wonderful friend and an outstanding soccer and hockey player!  R.I.P. my friend.

So sorry to hear about Billy passing. He was such a good kid.  I enjoyed playing varsity baseball with him.  We jawed at each other the whole practice.  That's how Coach O'Connell knew everything was ok with the team.  If we were quite he would ask the other players if something was wrong. We had so many good times. I was hoping he showed at the reunion so we could talk about old times.  RIP Mr. Rogers, you were truly a good friend.

So sad to hear about the passing of Billy Rogers! Great guy, full of laughs. We had a great time together playing soccer. I was a halfback and Billy was a full back right behind me. He always had my back:). Best wishes to his family and friends!!

Billy was one of my oldest friends. I think we first met in 1st grade at St. Thomas More. Our familes were very close. My brothers and I fondly remembered many summers on Nantasket Beach. Mark Bernard has a better memory than me, but I think Billy played second base on our senior team. Mark played third. So, Mark, if you jawed at Billy, you must have yelled past Steve Burke who played shortstop! Billy was buried today at Blue Hills. May he rest in peace.

I played soccer with Bill and he was a great captain and leader. He led a defense that only allowed two goals the whole year. I never saw Bill  all the years after high school. Just maybe , we could play on the pitch one more time when we meet again. Rest in Piece my friend. Ken Cook
